At Li’Mae Essentials, LLC, all items are custom-made and personalized to each customer’s specifications. Because of the nature of custom and handmade products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No Refunds or Cancellations

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any custom or personalized items.

Once an order has been placed and payment is submitted, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

This policy applies to all custom designs, personalized items, digital designs, and made-to-order products.
Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including spelling, colors, sizes, and design selections, before submitting payment.

Li’Mae Essentials, LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event your item arrives damaged or defective due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

If approved, we will offer a repair or replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
