NO REFUND POLICY

At Li’Mae Essentials, LLC, all items are custom-made and personalized to each customer’s specifications. Because of the nature of custom and handmade products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No Refunds or Cancellations

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any custom or personalized items.

  • Once an order has been placed and payment is submitted, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

  • This policy applies to all custom designs, personalized items, digital designs, and made-to-order products.

Order Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including spelling, colors, sizes, and design selections, before submitting payment.

  • Li’Mae Essentials, LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • In the rare event your item arrives damaged or defective due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • If approved, we will offer a repair or replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
